Refunds and cancellation

How to stop paying, and what happens to money already paid.

Last updated: 20 September 2026

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. Cancelling stops the next payment; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends — your account and its history remain, on the free tier.

Use the link in any Paddle receipt, or email hello@quivermark.lol and we will do it for you.

Refunds

If you are not happy with Quivermark, ask for a refund within 30 days of a payment and we will give you one. That applies to your first payment and to any renewal.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so the refund is issued by Paddle to the card you paid with. It usually reaches you within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.

After 30 days we will still consider a refund if something went wrong — for instance if the checks were not running and we failed to tell you. Write to us and explain; we would rather sort it out than argue about it.

If we let you down

If your site was down and Quivermark did not tell you, we cannot undo that, and our liability is limited as set out in the terms. What we will do is refund the period affected without making you ask twice.
