Quivermark
Terms of service
What Quivermark does, what it does not do, and what each of us is responsible for.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
Who you are dealing with
Quivermark is operated by an individual trader based in Moldova. You can reach us at hello@quivermark.lol.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase. Paddle handles billing, tax and invoicing, and its buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.
What the service does
Quivermark checks a website you nominate and tells you when something about it changes. On a schedule, it:
- requests your pages and records whether they responded
- follows the links and images on those pages and records the ones that fail
- measures response time and page size
- opens pages in a headless browser and records JavaScript errors
- decodes QR codes it finds and checks where they lead
- confirms the page your contact form lives on still renders
When a result changes from working to failing, or back, we email you. We do not email you while nothing has changed.
What it does not do
- It does not fix anything. It has no access to your website beyond requesting pages the same way a visitor would.
- It does not submit your contact form. It confirms the page loads; it does not send an enquiry through it.
- It is not a security product, a backup, or an uptime guarantee.
Sites you may monitor
You may add a website you own or are authorised to manage. Before we run any check that interacts with a site rather than simply reading it, we ask you to prove control of it — by a tag on the page, a DNS record, or a code sent to an address published on the site.
Pointing Quivermark at a site you have no right to monitor is a breach of these terms, and we may suspend the account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Plans and billing
A free account may monitor one website with daily checks. Paid plans cover more sites and check every twelve hours. Plans bill monthly in advance through Paddle and renew until cancelled. See refunds and cancellation.
Availability, and what we are liable for
We work to keep the checks running, but we do not promise the service is uninterrupted or that every problem on your website will be detected. A check can fail for reasons on our side, on yours, or on the network in between.
Quivermark is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee. We are not liable for losses arising from a problem we did not detect or did not report in time. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
You can stop at any time — cancel the plan and stop using the service. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that uses the service to send unwanted traffic or submissions to sites the account holder does not control.
Changes
If these terms change materially we will email account holders before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
